Situated only half a mile away from Talbot Green Shopping Park, this development promised convenience and accessibility for its future residents. To enhance this project, we contributed by providing the site with TRT Aspect Mini 4LED, an innovative lighting solution designed to optimize energy consumption. Through its pre-programmed settings, the lighting system allows for automatic dimming to 50% between 8:00 PM and midnight. From midnight to 5:00 AM, the lights are set to turn off completely, providing a serene atmosphere for a restful night's sleep. As the morning dawns, the lighting gradually returns to 50% brightness between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM, ensuring a gentle transition into the new day. By implementing this intelligent lighting solution, Lanelay Hall shines as a testament to our commitment to both quality and sustainable living.
