Hardware Maintenance

GSM hardware suppliers have been carefully chosen. We insist that they offer a minimum one year return to base warranty although enhanced warranties are possible.
 
On site repair and maintenance contracts are available for MISSION CRITICAL EQUIPMENT. These can be tailored to suit your application and budgetary requirements.
 
Our maintenance contract options include 4 hour, 8 hour or 2 day response options with a loan machine provided if necessary.

Software Support After Sales Support, Maintenance, Service

Our support staff have detailed knowledge of the 'off the shelf' products that we provide. They can talk you through most problems. Fax and Email enquiries will also be answered promptly.
 
All GSM bespoke software has a three-month bug fix warranty. We retain copies of our bespoke software and will help you free of charge during this three month period.

Post warranty software support

GSM can offer two different options for telephone software support on most off the shelf products as well as the bespoke software we write:

  • PREMIUM SUPPORT: Telephone help line, fax and e-mail support + DIAL IN MODEM.
  • STANDARD SUPPORT: Telephone help line, fax and e-mail support.
