    The Maintenance Master software allows the operator to create a checklist of tasks to be performed on any given piece of equipment. The maintenance can then be scheduled to occur at specific intervals. Lists of work can then be reordered and prioritised
     
    The hand held terminal will contain the engineers work schedule for the day and the test routine checklists .The scanner on the terminal is used to read the barcode ID of each piece of equipment to be tested. This will call up the maintenance tasks for that machine. Throughout the checking process a detailed history is created on the terminal. This gives a complete audit trail for every piece of equipment entered onto the system. When the days work is complete it is uploaded onto the host computer by simply plugging in the hand held terminal. It is simple to use and provides information you need to efficiently control your resources. Prioritising, allocating planned maintenance work and tracking repairs are all made easy.
