Just in Time
JIT Master - Just-In-Time stock management and sequenced delivery
An automated, real time, serialised stock control system, using Wireless (RF) data collection terminals. JIT Master keeps track of each individual product
throughout the Goods-in, Put-away, Picking and despatch process and automatically
sequences the delivery.

Paper free warehouse
The Goods receiving module allocates locations in the warehouse for incoming
goods. The operators scan the product barcode with the RF Hand held terminal and are informed on the screen of the location for put-away.
Delivery schedules can be accepted from the customer by EDI message or by FTP downloads. The system can interpret incoming EDI messages. It will
also automatically interrogate an FTP web site and update delivery schedules.
Goods for despatch and their location in the warehouse are transmitted to the
data collection units. Operators pick the goods and scan the location code for
confirmation. The system will ensure goods are picked for despatch in the correct
order.
Goods can be scanned for a second time to confirm the correct sequence. A despatch
note and despatch label is automatically produced. The system will use GSM’s Odette Master software to produce Odette labels if required
